For Same-Day Reservations, please call 606-879-0555 before 7 PM EST and we would be glad to assist you.
General Booking Policies:
- All reservations must include the first and last name of one adult, the total number of guests occupying the accommodation, and a valid credit card for full payment at time of booking.
- Reservations must be made by an adult 19 years or older.
- Check in is 3 PM. Check-out at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-outs may be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Guests agree not to cause or allow any noise or activity on our property which might disturb the peace and quiet of another guest.
- Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to The Stanford Inn at Wilderness Road properties during the booking dates.
- Use of the guest house/Inn is strictly limited for personal use. If a guest wishes to host a party, gathering, meeting, etc. at the guest house/Inn, prior notice and approval is required.
Non-Smoking Property:
- All houses as well as The Stanford Inn are non-smoking spaces.
- The use or possession of illegal drugs as determined by Kentucky law, including but not limited to marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Use or possession of illegal drugs on the premises will result in immediate termination of your stay and notification will be made to the applicable law enforcement authorities.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are allowed within the Logan Cottage.
- No pets are allowed within the other houses, the Loft or The Stanford Inn rooms.
- There will be a $100 charge and only one pet is allowed.
- Pets are limited to 50lbs or less.
Other pet requirements include:
- Pets must be fully trained, appropriately restrained, and never left unattended.
- Pets must be kept on a leash anytime outside of the guest houses or cottage.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in rooms or on hotel property.
- Disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages and personal injuries resulting from their pets.
